Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Personalized or custom orders may require additional production time.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please note that shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your package arrives damaged or you experience a shipping issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at my@mysentiments.co so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
