Refund Policy - the basics
At M.Y. Sentiments, every order is created with care.
Because many of our products are printed to order or personalized, all personalized, custom, memorial, and obituary-related products are final sale.
For non-custom merchandise, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs so we can make it right.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by M.Y. Sentiments.
